Samara Group was established in 1997 and has grown into one of the largest real estate companies in Leeds. We undertake a variety of projects including asset management, development management and development in its own right. Larger schemes are undertaken in a joint venture with various investors whilst small schemes are undertaken with the company’s own resources. We are diverse and flexible in our approach, with the ability to establish, realise and add real value to schemes, maximising each scheme’s potential throughout the management and development process, creating substantial projects each time.
