We are a specialty organic coffee brand that seeks to promote the development of coffee-producing communities and disseminate their effort, talent, and history in Peru and internationally, make relations with all stakeholders transparent, and ensure the highest quality in each part of the production and distribution process of our coffee.
Our coffee is single-origin, and has USDA and Fairtrade Certificates. We work directly with small batch Peruvian coffee producers from the San Ignacio and Jaen regions in Cajamarca, Peru. The coffee is hand-picked, washed, and roasted at origin by members of the community, which creates employment for the community as a whole, not only for the producers. Our coffee is produced over 1790 meters above sea level, and it is harvested in harmony with the ecosystem respecting the coffee's adequate maturity and fermentation times.
We aim to be the coffee company recognized as the main promoter of the development of all the people involved in the production of specialty coffee in Peru both nationally and internationally, maintaining a transparent image in front of all interest groups and prioritizing the welfare of the consumers, the environment, and producing communities.
