Sambhali Trust

Sambhali Trust is a UN recognised organisation that focuses on the development and empowerment of disadvantaged women and girls in Rajasthan. The charity has impacted 10,000 women and children since 2007 through 17 projects that focus on education, handicraft skills, self-help and health. By supporting self-help groups we enable women to save money, creating opportunities to apply for loans and start small enterprises of their own. We empower women by teaching them about human rights and provide refuge, counselling and support in domestic violence cases and offer financial and legal help with medical issues. Sambhali Trust is a non-profit public charitable organization, a Non-Government Organization (NGO) approved and registered by the Deputy Registrar, Jodhpur, given the registration number 2007000380 in January 2007 and the Department of Devsthan (a government department which manages and controls religious and charitable institutions and temples) given the registration number 14/2007/Jodhpur in September 2007.
