Same Faces Collective

Same Faces Collective is an interdisciplinary literary magazine founded in 2019 by Deanna Whitlow. Since its origins as a small blog started in a Chicago dorm room, Same Faces has expanded, now functioning with a staff of talented writers, artists, and editors all over the world. We mainly occupy the digital space, but we publish print issues and zines on occasion. Although we have opened our submissions to everyone, Same Faces will always value amplifying marginalized voices. This space is intended to function like a little library or museum, curating a gallery of diverse voices housed on a single platform. Same Faces aims to embody the idiosyncrasies that make art so powerful and take solace in duality, nuance, and contradictions. That is to say: send us your multitudes. We have three open reading periods throughout the year and be sure to check the Submissions page before sending your work.
