SAMFUND is a museum creating exhibitions about contemporary society. SAMFUND is here to create content truly relevant to our lives in 2014. We do this by holistically integrating the digital and the physical; by listening to a variety of voices, both big and small; and by replacing tired museum paradigms with innovation and participation. SAMFUND the museum is just like Samfund the word: we see ourselves eye to eye with our audience, striving to democratically spread agency and power structures across all types of people. To accomplish this, we work with partners and people across multiple industries, creating experiences that authentically address our collective lives.
