the company was called "Propagande et publicité", it was designed to manage the comercial exploitation of TMC, TVsarre, RADIOsarre and Europe1.
In 1977,
"Propagande et Publicité" is turned into SAMIPA. Mr Sylvain Floirat, CEO of Europe1, gives the general management of SAMIPA to Mr JO DE RACO and Mr BERNARD CHEVANNE, to produce TV magazines about car racing and general motorsport for the tv channel TMC.
In 1982,
SAMIPA, raise its capital, Mr Bernard Chevanne chooses not to continue the adventure, and leave Mr Jo de Raco sole CEO.

Mr Jo de Raco, knows how to express his passion for the world of motor sports through capacity to produce the very bests TV programs.
He transmitted this passion to his son Jordan de Raco, who have the same worry for perfection.
