Samma Karuna

Samma Karuna is an international recognized school for physical, emotional and energetic growth and healing. Our extensive curriculum includes teachings in yoga, meditation, tantra and breath work, in the form of daily classes, workshops and teacher training. We are located in Srithanu on the island of Koh Phangan. Our beautiful retreat is spread over a lush tropical garden, directly a the beach. It includes several event halls, a restaurant and a dozen bungalows. The goal of our school is to create a mindful community, for people who want to live a happier, more fulfilled and wholesome life, based on principles of self-development, acceptance and celebration.
