We are developing/launching smart devices and web applications that deliver truly authentic practices to anyone in the world. Gelong Thubten, who became a monk 24 years ago, teaches meditation specialising in providing non-religious mindfulness workshops and training programmes for businesses and organisations. With Samten, Thubten uses his methodology that originates from Buddhist roots and his experience of over 5 years in strict retreats to focus on how we can incorporate meditation into every day lives. This makes the lessons far more effective and easy to use. The teachings are non-religious, which means anyone can learn and implement into their lives.
