Samuel Snider

The Samuel Snider ethos is simple: We strive to create quietly poetic clothing inspired by history and made to stand the test of time. Samuel Snider introduced his first collection September of last year, cutting garments from antique French linen sheets sourced in Provence. Each piece was dyed by hand using natural dyes such as madder root, walnut and logwood. The combination of the garment-dyeing and early textiles gave the garments their unique vintage and timeworn look. As the collection evolves to incorporate different fabrications and silhouettes, it continues to be a constant expression of Samuel’s love of antique textiles, early 20th and 19th century European workwear and unisex dressing.
