San Isidro is a leading Chilean company in the processing and distribution of high quality marine products, particularly toothfish, also known as chilean seabass, swordfish and kingcrab. At the international level, San Isidro is the only company able to satisfy the demand for Chilean seabass during the 12 months of the year, thanks to a solid network of suppliers and the incorporation of state-of-the-art technologies in its production processes. At its Santiago and Porvenir plants it generates 130 jobs and through its network of suppliers employs almost 4,000 artisanal and industrial fishermen. The firm is committed to the sustainability of the marine resources, which is why it maintains an active participation in the main international organizations of protection of the Chilean seabass.
