San Juan Development Association

SJDA enhances economic diversification in Silverton and San Juan County, CO by promoting collaboration, partnerships, and trust between businesses, non-profits, and local governments through community priority projects. Our vision is to create a thriving, sustainable community that is inclusive of all members and businesses in Silverton & San Juan County. San Juan Development Association was founded in the early 2000s when leaders in Silverton realized the benefit that a local economic development organization could bring to the community. The Board represents key decision makers from San Juan County, the Town of Silverton, Silverton School District, Chamber of Commerce, and Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado.
