SMID, société des minoteries et des industries diverses est un groupe qui opère dans de nombreux secteurs. La minoterie est notre activité historique depuis 25 ans, nous avons commencé avec la production de farine et semoule. Le groupe SMID applique un management qui allie les valeurs et principes ancestraux aux méthodes de gestion modernes.
En 2019 nous avons mis notre passion et nos traditions culinaires au profit de tous les gourmands en créant la marque Sanabel Carthage. Outre la gamme classique de pâtes, nous produisons des pâtes variés avec des formes inattendu comme les pâtes courtes et longues numéro (1,5) et pour les plus pressés les pâtes avec un temps de cuisson de 3 min (une première en Tunisie).
Issus d’une longue tradition culinaire où le couscous est roi, nous veillons à choisir les meilleurs blés et à respecter scrupuleusement les étapes de fabrication. C’est pourquoi nous lançons une gamme unique, le couscous Saveurs de Tunisie qui restitue les saveurs naturels du couscous traditionnel. Mais nous ne voulons pas seulement faire bien. Nous voulons faire mieux. C’est pourquoi nous avons aussi lancé une gamme healthy avec le Couscous Maghlouth (blé et orge) et le couscous complet, riche en fibres.
