At Sanare, we focus on frequent contact & trauma-conscious care for clients who need more support—without hospitalization. Our group therapy programs focus on experiential skill building 4–5 days per week, which means fewer ER visits, faster stabilization, and skills that’ll be muscle memory when they need to use them. We do things this way so they can get beyond that baseline of just “okay” and into a life they don’t even think is possible (yet).
