Limited was established in 2024 and is a General Contractor and Developer offering construction services ranging from Building Construction, Renovation, Construction Consultancy, Construction Project Management, Infrastructure Works, Civil Works, Fencing, Asphalt Paving, Multi-purpose Court Construction & Re-surfacing, Football Field Construction, and preparation of Bill of Quantities. Our team at Sanctus is comprises of several skilled and innovative individuals who work towards our mantra of ‘By Wisdom a House is Built’. Included in our team is a Commissioned Land Surveyor, a Quantity Surveyor Registered with the Jamaica Institute of Quantity Surveyors (JIQS), a Structural Engineer, Project Managers, Supervisors and highly skilled tradesmen. We are capable of delivering projects on time and within budget.
