We want everyone to be able to make money in relation to what they care about - supporting the companies they believe in succeeding. Without the stress that comes with investing in complicated financial tools. On the crowdlending platform Sancus.pl you can lend money to the company of your choice (from as little as 100 PLN) and collect your loan back with an attractive profit. The interest will be paid even from the first month of the contract. All projects presented on Sancus.pl are small, local businesses, which operate in hundreds of Polish cities and towns. The money borrowed through Sancus community will be used to realize their specific plans. Our ambition is to build real crowdlending in Poland. We focus on an easy to understand mechanism, based on lending capital to a company by a group of investors in exchange for a certain percentage return. When you present a project on Sancus, you don't give away shares in the company (as in the traditional crowdfunding model). You also don't ask for donations. You simply borrow money from people who believe in your plan and development. - We operate in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business ventures. - We take care to safeguard the interests of lenders - as much as possible in a crowdlending mechanism. We give the opportunity to choose projects with different risk profiles and allow the possibility to use collateral. We carefully select projects, making sure that the lenders are entities with high payment credibility (verification in the business information office KRD). - All settlements are carried out for us by Lemonway - a leading European platform specializing in handling payments for crowdlending and crowdfunding platforms (investors' money is kept in private wallets)
