Sherri Newland, owner and principal engineer, has over 17 years of expertise in project management, civil engineering, materials testing, and construction engineering in both the private and public sector. Our market experience spans transportation, aviation, solid waste, and residential/commercial development. Sherri is a registered Professional Engineer in Idaho, Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, a California Qualified SWPPP Developer, a California Qualified SWPPP Practioner, LEED AP BD&C certified, a certified Boise City Plan Developer, and a certified ITD Water Pollution Control Manager. As a small business S&C Associates provides maximum value for clients by efficiently delivering projects on time and within budget.
