Sanderson Group is an Australian transnational group company engaging in theme parks, scenic spot design and construction, operates business in more than 24 countries on four continents with offices in Australia, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Dubai, Chinese Mainland and Macao, and more than 300 senior designers. Sanderson Group was founded on Gold Coast, Australia in 1989 by Steve Sanderson, current global CEO of the group, and participated in design and construction of Sea World, Tokyo Disney Sea, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and other world-famous tourism project. In 2001, the group established Sanderson Macau Amusement Park Design Company in Macau. The group has participated in the design and construction of Pharaoh's Palace Casino, Hotel Golden Dragon, The Venetian Macao and a series of entertainment and leisure projects. After achieving brilliant performance in Macau, the group established Sanderson China Amusement Park Design Company in Shanghai in 2007 to announce the entry to Chinese Mainland market formally. In the following ten years, Sanderson China participated in the creative design and construction of more than 100 themed amusement and cultural tourism projects in Mainland China. In 2015, Sanderson China Amusement Park Design Company is renamed to Sanderson China Art Design Consulting (Shanghai) co., Ltd., the sole branch of Sanderson Group in Mainland China.
