We are Sanderson Howe, a new kind of digital consultancy. We partner with entrepreneurs (and intrapreneurs) to turn their ideas into world class digital products. By taking care of the technology we free our customers to focus on *their own* customers. We do this through an adaption of The Lean Startup model: focusing on minimising the cost to launch and finding product-market-fit through real data. We integrate into our customer's business, and bring their people into our teams. As each product gets traction and finds profitability, we shift into a scale-up mode to help customers recruit their own technical talent. Our other advantage relates to the current global shortage of technical talent. We are a remote-first business with deliberately lean margins to help us win the hyper-competitive battle for engineers, while providing them a culture of psychological safety, autonomy, and professional development.
