Sandoval Therapy is a psychotherapy private group practice in the city of Pasadena, CA. We conceptualize and view treatment through a trauma informed, culturally attuned lens. We work collaboratively with our clients and empower them to access their own strengths. Together, we’ll work to develop goals that work for you and help build the resilience to face life’s distress. We work eclectically, offering skills-based techniques, insight-oriented processing, EMDR, and Brainspotting to help our clients feel like themselves again.
