Sandra Camacho is a Paris-based multicultural inclusive design strategist and innovation consultant specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion. In her independent practice “Sandra by Design,” she helps impact-driven organizations adopt design practices and build inclusive products, services and programs that foster diversity, equity and inclusion and generate positive social impact. She has spent over 10 years building transversal expertise in innovation, facilitation and learning design thanks to 8 years at Google and formal training in design strategy at l'Ensci, one of France’s top design schools.
