Since its inception in 1994, Sandvick Architects has successfully practiced sustainable design by applying the principles of historic preservation in the architectural, planning and advocacy services provided by the firm. The firm's experience includes residential, hospitality, commercial, institutional, and urban design projects. Sandvick Architects enjoy a broad range of clients, including private developers, community development corporations, local governments, universities and religions institutions. The firm has completed a considerable number of property feasibility studies that have proceeded with final development, including the Old Arcade, the Colonial and Euclid Arcades, the Otis Terminal Warehouse, the Crittenden Block, Lakeside Place, Grand Arcade, Perry Payne, Buckeye Building, 425 Lakeside, the Victory Building, the Walker & Weeks Building, the Bingham Building, Tower Press, and the Osborn Building. Project sizes range up to $180 million in development costs and 1 million square feet in size.
