Sangfroid Strategy is a human-centered data-driven strategy firm. We help our clients better understand themselves and the people they serve, set goals and strategy, and build and renovate programs, processes, and systems that increase their social impact.
The word Sangfroid means having composure or coolness in complex or difficult situations. We work with social service organizations - and every one of them are navigating complex and difficult situations. Our company's specialty is data-driven strategy to increase social impact - and through that we help our clients move through the complexity of their work with calmness, composure, and ease.
Our work falls into 3 broad categories:
1) Strategy (Create) - From strategic planning, implementation, program development and more, we help organizations discover where they want to go, and work with them until they get there.
2) Data + Evaluation (Learn) - We believe that data, stories, and information are some of the best, and often underutilized, assets to an organization. With a deep evaluation background, we offer everything from regional landscape assessments, to program evaluation, automated monitoring dashboards, and organizational assessments.
3) Prototype, systems, and process building (Innovate) - At our core, we believe that people are the drivers of great organizations, and when people are equipped with the knowledge, skills, tools, and capacity to achieve great things, they will. We work long-term with many of our clients to intentionally prototype solutions, programs, and approaches.
