Sanity Global Foundation (SGF) is Africa’s leading mental health advocacy, research, and support organization dedicated to transforming mental healthcare systems and infrastructure in Africa. Our mission is to prioritize, de-stigmatize, and raise awareness about mental well-being through compassionate care, research and advocacy on local and international platforms, in order to transform mental healthcare systems and infrastructure in Africa. HOW WE DO IT? Through collaboration with experts and institutions, we drive advocacy and research programs to develop evidence-based strategies for prevention, intervention, and treatment, shaping policies to improve mental health outcomes. Our core focus is support, providing resources, programs, and services such as helplines, counseling, and community initiatives. By leveraging digital sensitization, we ensure access to information and guidance across diverse populations, breaking down barriers to care. OUR VISION Increase collaboration between governments, global agencies, decision makers, stakeholders, and caregivers to enhance mental health support, and to drive advocacy and research programs that transform mental healthcare systems and infrastructure in Africa.
