Sanken was established in 1996 in Jakarta. The founders have over 20 years of experience in the electrical goods business. When Sanken started operating, it had around 100 employees. Today, the company has more than 1,000 employees, including sales and marketing staff, administrators, technicians and engineers, research and development experts. While most of the staff are Indonesian, Sanken also employs a number of highly skilled Japanese expatriates with many years of experience in the electronics industry. All products are manufactured in their 12 hectares certified production facilities located in Curug – Banten, in the western part of Java, Indonesia.
