SANPEI VENTURES is China's first Venture Builder for Western tech start-ups aiming to accelerate their growth in Chinese and Asian markets. We work with growth stage, data-driven start-ups developing innovative B2B technologies aiming to disrupt how traditional industries operate, with a first focus on retail and consumer-facing sectors. Despite China obvious attractiveness as a market due to its size and scalability potential, Western start-ups often rule it out of their international expansion plans as it is perceived as an extremely complicated market to access. SANPEI VENTURES aim to solve this problem, putting at work not only our extensive experience in China and Europe but also full operational capabilities to help Western start-ups set foot and accelerate their growth in Chinese market. We identify DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGIES with scalability potential in China, and fully support their expansion locally by providing funding, full operational support via our in-house team and generation of qualified sales leads with top tier corporations, in order to maximize their growth in China and APAC. Our unique model consists on developing local 50/50 JOINT-VENTURES: Start-ups don’t need to invest in the Joint-Venture, they just need to provide to the Joint-Venture with exclusive, perpetual rights of their technology in the territory. Sanpei Ventures funds the Joint-Venture and operates it throughout its development in the territory.
