In 2017, IPSIDE was introduced officially into China by Shenzhen IP Office as the only European IP firm in the "Overseas High-end IP Project". Till now, our Chinese team has more than 12 colleagues, 1/3 of which have a French master or doctoral degree. Our working language could be not only Chinese, English, but also French, and Japanese. After years of running-in, our colleagues have become very professional. We work together more and more tacitly, and we are able to meet the needs of different kinds of clients with flexible service patterns.
As of today, we are able to not only assist Chinese clients to protect their IP rights in France and Europe, but also help foreign customers from France, Europe, the Middle East, Canada and other regions to protect their brands and guard their rights in China.
In 2021, IPSIDE successfully acquired two other medium-sized IP firms: Santarelli and Brevalex, which gave birth to a new giant in the French IP sphere: Santarelli Group. And many well-known French media (such as Les Echos, Le Monde, and Le Décideur Magazine) have made a lot of headlines about it. Santarelli Group has been reported as a new French IP leader by French media considering its outstanding scale of employees, technical resources, expertise, and geographical reach.
The new group has nearly 300 employees, of which about 110 are patent engineers, trademark attorneys, litigation lawyers.
