It all began in 1913 when Fioravante Santora and his wife Maria arrived in Buffalo from Naples, Italy. They began making Italian cookies, pastries, candies and ice cream in their home at 259 Seneca Street and sold them to local stores and on the street. In addition to the delicacies being made by the Santora’s, there was a favorite Italian food called pizza they introduced to WNY in 1927 that has become the lasting trademark of the family.
3 generations and 92 years later, Santora Foods offers original family recipes using the freshest ingredients. We have also expanded our Santora's Pizza & Catering Restaurant Business and now offer Food Trucks across the WNY Area, Manufacture Appetizer Products throughout the Northeast Region as well as service other Wholesale Products to Child Care Centers, Grocery Stores, Convenience Stores and Food Service Distributors.
