Santucci Process Development is a unique machine shop whose capabilities span from design, development and prototyping, to general machining with short/medium production capabilities. We often take a customer’s concept from design to completion, working closely with them to meet all their needed parameters. We also can assist in maintenance or repair of your machinery, always attempting to add a twist of improvement to performance. We utilize SolidWorks for modeling, documentation, and our working drawings for the shop. This diverse mission has given us 35 years of experience to draw from, to implement into current customers needs. Many shops can produce parts from a drawing, we operate as an extension of your in-house engineering capabilities when needed. We provide general machining services of course, but our encompassing attention to detail often results in catching drawing or design flaws that benefit our customer. We don’t just work for you….
