Over the years Sanvico has erected numerous plants in the steel, chemical, glass and allied industries covering a wide variety of civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control systems. Due to recessionary conditions in the capital goods market Sanvico divested it’s traditional business and shifted it’s focus to the infrastructure market including residential and commercial buildings. Vision: To be a leading Infrastructure service provider enabling our clients to build and maintain world class, sustainable and cost-effective buildings and allied infrastructure. Strategy: Further strengthen multi-disciplinary engineering skills across all domains including architecture, structural design, HVAC, value engineering, project management, construction management etc. Expand beyond engineering services to act a a single source provider for land acquisition, permitting, project marketing etc. Establish leadership in “Sustainable-Green” design and construction. Leverage Vulcan Group’s reputation, relationships, infrastructure and management to expand market share. Leverage Vulcan’s specific expertise in IT to build offices and parks well suited to the “Real” needs to IT/ITES and engineering companies. Demonstrate capability with “Keystone” projects as “single source” service provider. Build on group experience in providing “offshore” plant engineering and software services to provide “offshore infrastructure engineering” services to international companies Partner and collaborate with one or more reputed international “Infrastructure engineering” providers to enhance expertise and access the latest technologies and methodologies.
