Founded in 2020, São Pedro Capital Investimentos S.A. (“São Pedro” or “SPC”) is an investment firm that pursues long-term strategies in businesses driven by technology, whether private or public, Brazilian or global. São Pedro allocates capital from its own partners and UHNW into three asset classes: (i) PIPE & Private Equity, (ii) Growth & Private Debt, and (iii) Global Technology. In the PIPE & Private Equity strategy, launched in 2020, São Pedro invests in publicly traded companies while taking an active role in governance and strategy, leveraging our operational track record and long-term vision. The track record includes 3 divestments that outperformed reference benchmarks and over R$200 million returned to investors. In the Growth & Private Debt strategy, launched in 2021, São Pedro allocates capital to early-stage technology companies, with close involvement in execution and management support. In the Global Technology strategy, launched in 2025, São Pedro invests in companies driven by technological transformations in the world's largest capital markets, combining fundamental analysis, rigorous risk management, and a long-term vision. The São Pedro team has an extensive global network, with bases in São Paulo (Brazil) and San Francisco (USA), combining experiences in managing both proprietary and institutional capital, financial advisory, strategic consulting, C-level positions, and participation in boards of directors and executive committees.
