SAPORITI is an Italian Company manufacturing and exporting machine tools since 1946. We are today world leader in three main machines field:
- High precision Ball valve grinding machines SAPORITI PV suitable for the grinding valves from 1" up to 72” in steel or coated by satellite, ceramics CBN, Nickel-Boron alloys … especially metal to metal and hard seated.
- Thread milling machines for screw manufacturing for plasticizing machines (extruder and injection molders), pumps and compressors. Available models from 1000 up to 10000 working length and diameters up to 500 mm. Available milling head for end mills, disc cutters and whirling unit.
- Deep-hole drilling-boring-honing machines with rotary workpieces (also with bottle boring option) or fixed for the complete manufacturing of twin screw barrels.
We take care of customer cutting the project on their needs and requirements. Company personnel take care of the machining test with the customers and of the packing for shipment. Our specialized technicians install and commission the machines in customers plants doing machining test trials and training.
