Sapphire Development Group is the product of founder Joséphine Saffert’s American dream. As a German-native, she came to the Nashville area as a D1-Track athlete recruit in 2011. Her unique immigration journey and tenacity shaped her as a serial entrepreneur and CEO. Sapphire has a development pipeline of $30M+ focusing on elevating targeted neighborhoods within a 10-15 min radius of Downtown Nashville.
