After extensive industry research, we saw an opportunity to create a world-class business delivering high quality, sustainably sourced Sapphire Springs Arctic Charr. Now Sapphire Springs is on its way to becoming a leading global producer of Arctic Charr committed to addressing the global demand for delicious, omega3-rich Arctic Charr while setting new standards for sustainable aquaculture. With our first facility being built on a 140-acre site in Manitoba, Canada, Sapphire Springs is aiming to supply the North American market with fresh Arctic Charr raised in ideal conditions. Our unique strain of Arctic Charr combined with cutting-edge aquaculture (RAS) technology and a team of aquaculture experts has created an exceptionally high-quality, safe and delicious product available in grocery stores and restaurants everywhere.
