With our first facility being built on a 140-acre site in Manitoba, Canada, Sapphire Springs is aiming to supply the North American market with fresh Arctic Charr raised in ideal conditions. Our unique strain of Arctic Charr combined with cutting-edge aquaculture (RAS) technology and a team of aquaculture experts has created an exceptionally high-quality, safe and delicious product available in grocery stores and restaurants everywhere.
