Our social impact programs; the Career Advancement Program (CAP) and Female Leadership Initiative Program (FLIP) are set on a mission to empower and position African Tech Entrepreneurs and Tech Professionals for the future of technology. We are breaking barriers, Igniting innovation, and empowering dreams!
We empower the next tech leaders, innovators, and experts through our CAP Tech Clubs and our FLIP Communities (Women Professionals in Tech Africa and Women Founders in Tech Africa) with a vision to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology industry by promoting Africa tech talent and female tech founders with no one left behind.
