A Food Safety Inspector for some years before moving over to Occupational Health and Safety inspection, Sara has a degree in Catering, the IFST Higher Certificate in Food Inspection and is also a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner. As well as delivering training, Sara also worked as an Internal and External Quality Assurer of training courses delivered by training providers and awarding bodies and overseen by qualification regulators.
