Sarah & Olive is a Dublin based olive oil distributor that works directly with award-winning producers to bring exceptional single estate olive oils from Andalucía, Spain to Ireland. It was set up by Sarah Merrigan a chef, food writer and sustainable food entrepreneur who lived and worked as a chef in Barcelona for years and is now on a mission to showcase the flavour and versatility that single-estate olive oils can bring to modern Irish cooking.
