SARAMED has its offices in Beirut, and it covers the whole of the Lebanese territory. The products are split into three main divisions: - Diagnostics and Biosciences Products - Medical and Surgical Products - Consumer Products Our sales force is dedicated to the promotion and sales of our products through training in Lebanon and abroad to become manufacturer approved product and application specialists and satisfy all customers’ needs. All sold equipment are serviced by SARAMED’s fully trained and experienced biomedical engineers and technicians. A stock of spare parts and consumables is kept locally according to the manufacturers’ recommendations and market requirements. SARAMED looks at its principals as true partners. SARAMED works very closely with them by selecting together the best business strategies that would lead to the best performance. The work is achieved in full transparency on a win-win basis. This partnership has enabled SARAMED to become a key player in each of the distributed product lines. SARAMED has large warehousing facilities that accommodate for air conditioned, refrigerated and frozen goods. Sufficient stocks are kept to satisfy the customers’ daily needs and purchase requirements. Warehouses are located near Beirut Harbor. Distribution is accomplished through SARAMED’s own trucks. SARAMED organizes, sponsors and participates in local events that would keep its customers up-to-date with new products, new solutions and new medical technologies. This is done in coordination with its principals/partners.
