Sarara Camp

Our four properties in Samburu are deeply rooted in the wild, safeguarding nature and uplifting indigenous communities, with The Sarara Foundation and Reteti Elephant Sanctuary by our side. Sarara tells a powerful story of community and conservation in one of Africa’s last untouched wilderness areas. Located in Northern Kenya’s Namunyak Community Conservancy, our three lodges and mobile camps offer an authentic connection to this remarkable landscape. As a testament to community-driven conservation, Namunyak Conservancy is now home to Kenya’s second-largest elephant population, one of the largest herds of endangered Reticulated Giraffe, and critically endangered Grévy’s Zebra.
