As a human rights expert, I work in the field of development cooperation, humanitarian aid, diversity, inclusion and anti-discrimination work for Austrian, European and global actors.
As a systemic coach , I work one-on-one on personal issues as well as organizational challenges. Above all, I encourage people who have experienced discrimination to contact me.
I follow a human right-based approach. A human rights-based approach places the rights and dignity of all people at the heart of the program's work. It is based on internationally recognized human rights norms and standards and views people not as passive recipients of aid, but as active rights holders who are entitled to protection, participation and equal treatment. At the same time, state and non-state actors are held accountable as duty bearers to respect, protect and fulfill these rights.
The application of the human rights-based approach in coaching is particularly effective because coaching is already aimed at appreciation, self-determination and personal growth. The human rights-based approach brings with it an additional attitude that is critical of discrimination and sensitive to diversity.
