Fermented Black Carrot Juice (Turnip Juice) is made by adding certain proportion of black carrot, turnip radish, yeast, salt, bulgur, pepper into water and leave them for lactic acid fermentation.

Our production capacity is 5,000 bottles per hour currently and we are producing our drinks in the traditional way. Using only natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives added.
