Saru brings a diverse perspective to the corporate world. Having lived, led, loved and learnt in the East and the West, she has spent 16 years developing her professional experience, including in corporate roles, leadership and as a business founder. Saru has dedicated the last decade to training under global experts in various fields - from nutrition and mindfulness, to embodiment and psychology - developing a specialised and powerful approach. She has seen firsthand the impact of embodied leadership, through her speaking presentations, highly pragmatic programs and bespoke coaching, supporting individuals to live a fulfilling life. Saru is based in Melbourne, working with corporate, academic and medical clients internationally as a speaker and coach.
