The company specialises in structural and civil engineering. When SASMalta was founded it was done with the scope to improve structural engineering in Malta. At the time it was felt that buildings were built without any effort to maximise efficiency and hence costs.
Engineers at the company have always strived to design efficient buildings and to create robust structures. Although software is heavily used, we always start off a large project with basic hand calculations and sketches.
In 2022 a big investment was carried out which coincided with a significant investment in new offices, experienced administration executives and completely new graduate training and engineering philosophies. All graduates are now trained to gain the Chartered Engineer route within 7 years and all structures and systems are designed to maximise efficiency on both an economical and structural level.
Throughout the years we have designed large and medium sized residential and commercial buildings, hotels, tall buildings and bridges.
