Our banana bread baking mixes are inspired by a family recipe for ricebread - a traditional dessert from Liberia, West Africa. Our founder, Niaka's mission is to display her West African heritage by sharing recipes passed down through generations in her family. Each baking mix is gluten free, plant based, top 8 allergy friendly, non-gmo, and without artificial flavors and preservatives. Our banana bread baking mixes are authentic to this timeless delicacy with its nutritious rice blend fortified with vitamins, and warm spices of ginger and nutmeg. This is the first baking to showcase this Liberian dessert. Our baking mixes are easy to make and simply delicious.
