Sascha’s Surf Experience provides personalised mentoring and ocean-based experiences designed to help individuals build confidence and discover the therapeutic benefits of the ocean, both in and out of the water.
From surfing and stand-up paddle boarding to snorkelling, our surf lessons and sessions allow participants to actively engage in water-based activities, and learn about the ocean, surf conditions and etiquette as well as safety practices. Throughout these experiences participants also develop self-awareness and uncover the ocean’s therapeutic advantages for reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity.
Our programs emphasise community connection, fostering a sense of belonging within the surf and broader community. Our individual to small group lessons and sessions, community events, camps, and skill-building workshops help participants develop independence, self-reliance, and essential life skills.
