The SATAP Motorway Operator holds the concession to manage the Turin-Milan motorway section. These motorway run for a total of approximately 130 kilometres, crossing the territories of the Lombardy and Piedmont regions. The company is part of ASTM, international industrial group active in the sectors of freeway network management under concession, design and construction of major infrastructure works and technology applied to infrastructure. In concessions, the Group is the second largest highway operator in the world with a network of about 5,900 km. In particular, ASTM manages about 1,100 km of network in Italy, representing the leading player in the northwest area of the country.
