Founded in 1989, Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. (S&P), is a construction company as firmly rooted in traditional values as we are relentless in our pursuit of cutting-edge tools and technology. We are proficient in a number of delivery methods, including general contracting, construction manager-at-risk and design build delivery methods, providing owners with outstanding quality, exceptional value and dependable on-time performance. Our experience is wide ranging, with emphasis on public-sector projects, including schools and universities, as well as municipal, federal and medical facilities of all sizes. S&P built the first building in Houston to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Core and Shell certification.
