Saturday Dumpling Company is a premium Chinese food brand specializing in frozen Northern Chinese-style dumplings with both traditional fillings and flavors with a modern twist.
SDC was created in Minneapolis, MN in 2021 when founders, Linda and Peter, often found themselves craving the staple comfort food from their childhoods. With Mom’s recipes as inspiration, they started making dumplings for themselves and friends, every step from scratch just like Mom does. It wasn’t long before strangers started reaching out, asking how they could place an order for dumplings, and so began the adventure creating Saturday Dumpling Co.
