•Vision: Regulating the sector of insurance and reinsurance brokers in the Saudi insurance market. • Mission: Efficiency of the brokers and reinsurance industry to achieve 2030 vision. •Objectives: •Protecting the rights of insurance companies and reinsurance brokers. • Working to raise the performance and efficiency of insurance companies and reinsurance brokers and committing them to the rules of practicing the profession and its ethics to increase its ability and provide the best to the beneficiaries, also achieve positive competition. • Work to provide qualified human competencies to practice insurance and brokers work activities, including collaboration and cooperation with the Financial Institute and other licensed entities, and in accordance with the legislation and authorized firms to act as per legislation in force. • Suggest programs and plans to develop the insurance and reinsurance brokers sectors in all fields. Moreover, work to develop insurance awareness, plus prepare, circulate studies and research related to insurance preparations. • Strengthening the connection of cooperation and integration with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority at the Arab and international levels. • Any other tasks related to the regulation of the insurance sector decided by the Council. • In general terms, expressing an opinion on any topic submitted to it and it falls within the framework of its covers.
