SAV Group is a specialist property investor and developer, established in 2014. We focus on repositioning and developing income-generating investment properties in Central and Greater London. We acquire hotels, hostels, large commercial buildings, unbroken student accommodation and large apartment blocks with potential for refurbishment and redevelopment. We also acquire land without planning permission for residential development. Our design-led focus, creative approach and in-house expertise in all relevant development disciplines allows us to quickly assess and respond to opportunities in the market. We specialise in properties that other real estate investors may find complicated, and we pride ourselves in finding commercially workable solutions to these problems.
