Saval is a non-profit (501(c)(3)) designed to foster active, healthy lifestyles within the community through year-round movement-based activities. Founded in 2020-21 in response to the pandemic, Saval empowers individuals to improve their physical and mental well-being while staying connected through mutual support. By offering engaging challenges, tracking progress, and celebrating achievements, Saval motivates participants to keep moving and making a difference—for themselves and the community. Through accountability and commitment, Saval helps participants build lasting habits that enhance their lives and inspire others.
